A Year in Chicago: February

After being unemployed for about 6 months, having a sudden source of income meant so, so much. It meant I was no longer draining my savings in a new city. It meant I could take my loans out of deferment. It meant I could go out to eat, buy new clothes without feeling guilty and know that in one more month I would have health insurance to boot.

February was a month of adjustment for me.
