Quinoa (made with honey and cinnamon), applesauce, yogurt and raisins. I’d never had quinoa before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was kind of like a cross between oatmeal and brown rice — chewy, nutty, but holds it’s own and doesn’t mush together like oatmeal. It was good (I’m not mad about it).
Might try something like this with the leftovers.
