A couple weekends ago, Ed finally got the chance to make me the amazing fish sandwich he had been bragging about. We had been talking about deep frying various things, an idea that grew when we discovered his Mom owns a Fry Daddy. Well, the Fry Daddy didn’t quite work out, but that never stops Ed. The fish was amazing — the batter ended up having the texture of that on a chicken nugget. The sandwich was perfect. It’d probably be good with some coleslaw, too. Next time.
